Dear,
first of all sorr y for my bad english, than i use Joomla Articles Good Search module with connected fields and i need that users can not select 2 or more fields from the same drop-down menu but only one field form the drop-down menu.
Is it possible?

Sure, you just need to use "Drop-down Select Box" field type, it seems you use "Multiple Select Box" now.
Please, try to check it in "Select Filter Fields" parameter.
