Articles Calendar is always loading

Hello:

When I install Articles Calendar module for Joomla 4 or 5, it shows the loading circle icon but nothing more.

It shows an error in Console browser:

The URL

domain.example/?calendar=1&date=2024-6&s...created&moduleId=110

shows a "500 Internal Server Error"

Can you help me, please?
