Article Good Search Tag Cloud Clear is broken

So, I have been using this extension and I noticed there is a bug in the current version. If you enable the tag cloud and use it if you click the clear button the results do not clear out and the tag stays enabled within the tag cloud. However, the tag dropdown does clear if you click clear. I noticed the demo on your site doesn't even show the tag cloud. Could you please fix this, this has to be a bug?

Hi, thank you for the quick response. This is on a development server. I don't want to post the link publically. Is, there any way I can send you the link privately? Also, we have a firewall on our site so if you are outside of the US I will need your IP address so I can whitelist it.
