Will Articles Good Search be ready for Joomla 4? If not, what are your plans to upgrade the extension to be able to work with Joomla 4 and what is your timeline?

Yes, it is planned to support Joomla 4 and it is already J4 version of Articles Good Search module available. You can download it from the site, it is named like - articles_good_search_J4.x
